EINA contr\u00f4le la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de Participation dans les T\u00e9l\u00e9communications (SPT) qui d\u00e9tient une participation de 53% dans le groupe Maroc Telecom. Lorsqu&#8217;elle sera effective, cette acquisition permettra d&#8217;augmenter le pourcentage d&#8217;int\u00e9r\u00eat du groupe Etisalat dans le groupe Maroc Telecom de 48,4% \u00e0 53% tout en maintenant la structure actuelle de contr\u00f4le inchang\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A.
