C\u2019est ce qu\u2019indiquent Bank Al-Maghrib et l\u2019Agence Nationale de la Conservation Fonci\u00e8re, du Cadastre et de la Cartographie (ANCFCC) dans leur derni\u00e8re note sur les tendances du march\u00e9 immobilier dans le Royaume. Dans le d\u00e9tail, les transactions ont progress\u00e9 de 42,4% pour le segment du r\u00e9sidentiel, de 76,1% pour les terrains et de 73,5% pour les biens \u00e0 usage professionnel. Au titre du premier trimestre, l\u2019indice des prix des actifs immobiliers s\u2019est appr\u00e9ci\u00e9, en glissement annuel, de 1,8%. Une appr\u00e9ciation qui s\u2019explique par une progression de 1,2% pour les actifs r\u00e9sidentiels et de 2,9% pour les terrains et biens \u00e0 usage professionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M.
