Cette op\u00e9ration sera r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 travers sa filiale n\u00e9erlandaise, OCP International Co\u00f6peratieve UA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe OCP a soumis son offre au Conseil de la Concurrence, sollicitant l\u2019approbation de l\u2019acquisition de 25% suppl\u00e9mentaires du capital et des droits de vote de Global Feed SLU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rappelons que le groupe a acquis en mai de l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re 50% des parts de Global Feed SLU aupr\u00e8s de Fertinagro Biotech, un important producteur espagnol d\u2019engrais.
