Trois certifications ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9croch\u00e9es par l\u2019entreprise&nbsp;: Food Safety System, Food Safety Management System et General Principles of Food Hygiene. Oland Group avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 obtenu le label Halal pour l\u2019ensemble de ses produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces certifications concernent le si\u00e8ge social et l\u2019unit\u00e9 industrielle de 20.000 m2, qui a mobilis\u00e9 un investissement de 200 millions de DH pour ses 12 lignes de production, dont 6 d\u00e9di\u00e9es exclusivement au fromage fondu en triangle, avec une capacit\u00e9 annuelle de production de 15.000 tonnes, destin\u00e9e au march\u00e9 local et \u00e0 l\u2019export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Concernant la Food Safety System Certification (FSSC 2200), il s\u2019agit d\u2019une norme qui garantit un syst\u00e8me de management de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la salubrit\u00e9 des aliments. Pour la certification Food Safety Management System \u00abISO 22000\u00bb, il s\u2019agit d\u2019une approche qui permet d\u2019assurer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire de l\u2019approvisionnement, la manipulation des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, la fabrication, la distribution et la consommation des produits finis. Quant \u00e0 la certification General Principles of Food Hygiene (GMP-HACCP), elle permet l\u2019utilisation de bonnes pratiques d&#8217;hygi\u00e8ne sp\u00e9cifiquement cibl\u00e9es et compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par l&#8217;approche HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point). Oland Group dispose \u00e9galement du label \u00abHalal\u00bb pour ses diff\u00e9rentes lignes de produits, afin de renforcer les exportations vers la r\u00e9gion Afrique &amp; Moyen-Orient (MEA).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L.
