Un d\u00e9cret sign\u00e9 par le Chef du gouvernement, Aziz Akhannouch, a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 le 12 octobre courant dans lequel il donne son aval \u00e0 l\u2019accord de cr\u00e9dit sign\u00e9 entre le Maroc et Banco Santander pour une valeur de 95 millions d\u2019euros (plus d\u2019un milliard de DH) pour financer le contrat de construction navale. Rappelons qu\u2019en janvier 2021, la Ministre espagnole des Finances, Maria Jesus Montero, avait annonc\u00e9 que Navantia obtenait un contrat pour la construction d\u2019un patrouilleur \u00e0 haute altitude pour la Marine Royale marocaine. Dans les ann\u00e9es 1980, l\u2019entreprise Navantia fournissait d\u00e9j\u00e0 des patrouilleurs et une corvette \u00e0 la Marine Royale marocaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C.
