Le troph\u00e9e est d\u00e9cern\u00e9 aux entreprises ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des avanc\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de respect de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances entre hommes et femmes aux niveaux de l\u2019emploi, des conditions de travail et de la formation continue, ainsi qu\u2019au niveau de l&#8217;encouragement de la femme \u00e0 consentir la responsabilit\u00e9 au sein de l\u2019entreprise et \u00e0 participer aux instances repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel. Zakia Hajjaji, Directrice des Ressources Humaines d\u2019Orange Maroc, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 cette occasion&nbsp;: <em>\u00abnous sommes fiers de recevoir cette distinction qui vient r\u00e9compenser un engagement de plus d\u2019une dizaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es en faveur de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres\u00bb<\/em>.
